‘Pav Bhaji (Bread
with spiced vegetable curry) ‘For
4 person:

1 small
cauliflower
2 carrots
2 potatoes
2 capsicums
1cup peas
5-6 french beans (option )
3-4 Tomatoes
1/2 cm Ginger
3-4 cloves of Garlic
1 Onion
2 tsp of coriander powder,1tsp of dry mango powder,1/4tsp of garam masala
powder
other wise 2tsp of pav bhaji masala
salt to taste & butter or oil1tbl

1.cut all vegetables add 1 cup water & boil until soft.Mash them with masher.
2.Chop ginger,garlic & onion finely.
3.In a pan put butter or oil heat it & add ginger, garlic & onion fry 5
min. add chopped tomatoes cook for 3min with lid on. Add all powders & mashed
paste cook for 5min. Spread the curry on top of toasted bread or English
muffin.

‘Rasam
( South Indian Spicy Soup)‘For
4 person:

2-3 tomatoes (tomato juice 1 cup)
coriander powder 1tsp
cumin powder 1tsp
Pepper _ tsp
Garlic clove small 1
Water 1 cup Salt, Turmeric Seasoning( option) Cumin,Musturd ,Asaphodia,1tsp
oil Coriander leaves

1.Put
oil in a soup pan .Put cumin,musturd .
2. Add tomatoes
3. Add all other Ingredients & boil for 15-20 min. Add coriander Serve hot.
It is a very good appetizer.

Pongali ( Traditional South Indian Pudding)‘To

.Rice1 cup
Moong dal@1 cup
Milk 3-4 cups
Butter 1tdl
Nuts, Raisins 1 tbl
Black sugar 1-2 tbl
Cardamom
Grated coconut 2tsp

1.Dry roast
moong dal until it become light brown, add rice roast for 3min.
2.Wash and add milk & cook until it become soft.
3.Take out from fire and add black sugar,roasted nuts , cardamom .Mix well
and serve hot or chill.Decorate with coconut.
