4 boneless skinless chicken breast,4 slices Swiss
cheese, 4 slices cooked Ham, salt and pepper to taste
Honey mustard dressing: 1/4 cup dijon mustard,1/4 cup honey, 1/3
cup whit wine
Flatten chicken breast to half the original size.Place a slice of
swiss and ham in each flattened chicken. Roll the stuffed chicken
breast and place a skewer through.Season with salt and pepper.
The last 10 minutes of cook brush the chicken with the honey mustard
sauce. Honey mustard dressing: 1/4 cup dijon mustard 1/4 cup honey
